Monday, April 8th

• Delegation Arrives
• 12:00 PM - Welcome Lunch and Orientation at Sheraton Grand Hotel
• 1:00-5:00 PM - Meetings
• 5:30 PM - Legislative Delegation Reception at Ella Dining Room and Bar
• 7:00 PM - Delegation Dinner at Ella Dining Room and Bar

Tuesday, April 9th 

• 9:00-11:30 AM - Meetings
• 11:30 AM - Trip Concludes

Please Note: Full trip registrations will close at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday March 20, 2024. Please submit your registration or cancellation before this deadline. Cancellations made after the deadline may not be eligible for a refund but may be transferred to a colleague at no cost.

Flight expenses are not included in the trip registration and must be arranged separately.

Sunday Night Add-On: Sunday night add on available. Includes Sunday night hotel stay/breakfast.
