The ACC-OC Healthcare, Veterans, and Community Services Committee is committed to improving healthcare access, supporting veterans, and enhancing community services throughout Orange County. By collaborating with local governments, healthcare providers, veteran organizations, and community groups, the committee develops and advocates for policies and initiatives that improve public health, ensure comprehensive support services, and bolster community well-being. The committee also works to support Orange County’s at-risk constituents, including older adults, individuals experiencing homelessness, and those in need of critical social services. Chaired by Hon. Howard Hart of San Juan Capistrano, the committee serves as a platform for addressing critical issues affecting residents and veterans alike, fostering partnerships, and promoting innovative solutions to enhance the quality of life in our communities.

The committee meets regularly throughout the year through the ACC-OC BOLD Program.
