Monday, February 26th 

• Fly-In Day - Delegation Arrives
• 5:30 PM - Welcome and Orientation 

Tuesday, February 27th

• Breakfast at Hotel
• 9:00-4:30 PM - Meetings & Briefings (lunch will be available at the hotel)
• 5:30 PM - Reception at Top of the Town

Wednesday, February 28th

• Breakfast at Hotel
• 9:00-4:30 PM - Meetings & Briefings (lunch will be available at the hotel)
• 6:00 PM - Closing Delegation Dinner

Thursday, February 29th

• Breakfast at Hotel
• Fly-Out Day - Delegation Departs

• Price of registration does NOT include airfare or transportation. 
• Additional nights are available to add-on to registration based on hotel availability. 
• Schedule is subject to change - registrants will be notified of changes or updates to the schedule including optional tours. 
• Refund Policy - A full refund will be issued up to 1 month before the event. After, an 80% refund will be issued up till the day before the event. No refunds will be issued for day-of cancellations. Any registration may be transferred to a colleague at no cost at any time.
