The ACC-OC 2024 Washington DC Advocacy Trip will take place September 16-19th. Registration Includes:

Monday, September 16th 

• Fly-In Day – ACC-OC Delegation Arrives
• 5:30PM – Welcome and Orientation

Tuesday, September 17th

• Breakfast at Phoenix Park Hotel
• 9:00AM – 4:30PM - Meetings & Briefings (lunch will be provided)
• 5:30PM – Reception at Top of the Town

Wednesday, September 18th

• Breakfast at Phoenix Park Hotel
• 9:00AM – 4:30PM - Meetings & Briefings (lunch will be available at the hotel)
• 6:00PM – Congressional Delegation Reception, hosted by the Disneyland Resort at ABC World News Office, Washington DC.

Thursday, September 19th

• Breakfast at Phoenix Park Hotel
• Fly-Out Day – ACC-OC Delegation Departs

Please Note:

· Price of registration does NOT include airfare or transportation.

· Additional nights are available to add-on to registration based on hotel availability.

· Schedule is subject to change - registrants will be notified of changes or updates to the schedule including optional tours.

· Refund Policy - A full refund will be issued up to 1 month before the event. Afterward, an 80% refund will be issued up till the day before the event. No refunds will be issued for day-of cancellations. Any registration may be transferred to a colleague at no cost, at any time.

· Registration closes Friday, August 23rd.
