The California Sober Living Home and Recovery Task Force (CASLAR) met last week, where discussions centered on critical concerns within local rehabilitation services. The recent release of the State Audit Report on Drug and Alcohol Treatment Centers confirmed serious issues regarding oversight and accountability in these facilities, which emphasizes the need for better systems and legislative efforts to enhance outcomes and address existing challenges in the treatment landscape across California. Delta Conveyance Design and Construction Authority

City of Aliso Viejo

The City of Aliso Viejo, in partnership with the Fair Housing Foundation, is hosting a Virtual Fair Housing Workshop on Tuesday, December 10, from 1:30 to 3:00 PM.

This free online event is open to Aliso Viejo residents and will cover essential topics like federal and state fair housing laws, tenant rights, discrimination, evictions, security deposits, and more. It's designed for a wide audience, including tenants, landlords, property managers, and realtors. Attendees can RSVP online or by phone.

Office of State Treasurer

The Inside the Vault Webinar on December 11, 2024, hosted by the California State Treasurer’s Office, is a valuable opportunity for local leaders to receive critical updates on state programs. City of Santa Ana

City of Laguna Niguel
